BedHead Pajamas New Office Location

LOS ANGELES, CA. – BedHead Pajamas is pleased to announce their recent move to a larger and newly renovated office space to accommodate its expansion.

On May 13, 2013, BedHead Pajamas moved into their new corporate offices located at 3641 10th Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90018.  The move will accommodate recent staff growth and enable the company to continue in providing superior service and the best quality sleepwear nationwide.  The new location includes a larger warehouse, production offices, state of the art kitchen, executive offices, and a design space where owner Renee Claire designs all of the prints and styles each season.  The relocation is driven by the company’s commitment to better serve its customers and clients.

BedHead fans love to share pictures of themselves and their families wearing their favorite BedHead pajamas – and we love receiving them! Lately, we’ve gotten some really cute pictures of kids in their pjs, and we can’t resist sharing them with everyone!!

It was a great evening with family, friends, and guest enjoying food provided by Mama’s Secret Bakery & Café and incredible desserts from Georgetown Cupcakes LA.  Our signature drink, Pink Riviera, was a favorite among the guests.

Raffle prizes were given every half hour to our guests.  Everyone was entered to win amazing prizes throughout the evening – Bedhead gift cards in the amount of $50, $100, and $150, a gift card from Stript Wax Bar in the amount of $100, and of course our grand prize of Caribbean Resort Packages provided by Caribbean Living Magazine!

Our guests and staff members had a wonderful time!  We can’t wait to see you at our next event!!

Catherine’s Love Story

At 37, I found myself single again, heartbroken, having lived with someone for years that decided he wasn’t interested in a commitment or children.  A professional woman, I longed for a child, and was beginning to consider the “go it alone option.”

I had been seeing a handsome chiropractor on and off for years to treat a bad shoulder – the result of a skiing accident in Vermont where I live.  I had a crush on the handsome, positive, athletic, Canadian healer – but assumed he was happily married (he had two small boys).  One day, he mentioned to my brother (also a patient) that he had recently been divorced.  Soon after, I scheduled several “unnecessary chiropractic visits” to get up the nerve to ask him out.  A doctor friend had said that the best way to approach this was to tell him, “I have decided to see a new chiropractor,” and if he asks why, respond with “because I want to date you.”

After the second visit, I got up the nerve to say, “Would you like to go out as friends?”  He called the next day and we decided to go for a run.  Turns out he had a crush on me too, but due to doctor/patient rules, he could not initiate a date.  About four miles into the run, I decided that I would put may cards on the table and let him know that I was contemplating being a single mom by choice.  As we were running up the hill, he looked at me and said confidently, “I don’t think that will be necessary.”

Two years to the day of our first date, we were married and was expecting twin boys.  My handsome chiro is the love of my life and we feel so lucky to have found each other when we did.  I always tell single women I know to ask their doctors out – and to put their cards on the table early in the relationship.  When you build up the nerve to ask for what you want, and believe that your needs are important, good things happen.
